On the outskirts of a town called Windsor, in Connecticut, lies a stately building, surrounded by other similar ones. No one knows what the purpose of the building is. All the residents of Windsor know is that no one goes in or out without permission. The story around town is that the United States government is conducting scientific experiments to create a powerful atomic bomb. The truth is that the weapons the US is amassing are not as complicated, but a lot more deadly.
Weapons. The students of the Netherfield School for Gifted Youth don't consider themselves weapons; or, at least, not all of them do. How the students are recruited is a total mystery protected by the government. However, Netherfield is still a school, and the training process for these adolescents is rigorous and demanding. They are trained by some of the most capable people of the country-- some of them scientists, most of them retired or working superheroes. Behind the scenes stand a couple financial bankers, also sworn to secrecy.
In the inner circles of the school, alliances are already being made. There are those whom have already vowed to protect the country when the time comes, and others who just plan on watching everything burn. The students at Netherfield hold the country's future in their hands. What they'll do with this power only time will tell.
The students at Netherfield aren't exactly prisoners. They can make phone calls on their cell phones whenever they wish, as long as it's not during school hours.

This is really the only store in Windsor in which you can find half-decent clothes. It features a lot of in-style and hard to find brands like Glamour Kills and Bape.
This seems like a regular school workout building, and it is, with a few perks. The building houses some of the most high tech workout equipment in the world.
The courtyard is pretty much like a backyard. All around the court yard are beautiful flowers and plants as well as plenty of picnic benches, and other normal benches. This is a typical hang out for students when they're not in lessons.
As well as there being a training room there is also a sports field that is typically used in the summer for training, or winter for punishments. You normally see the sporty students using it in their spare time, as it includes a football pitch and a track.
The most populous city in the United States. Located on the Atlantic coast of the Northeastern United States, the city consists of five boroughs: The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island.
